Our goal for March Madness Poetry 2015 is to recruit 250 classrooms — representing nearly 5,000 kids! — to vote on this year’s poems. Our authletes deserve such an audience for their work. Help deliver one by sharing this post publicly and privately with the teachers in your life.

Official classroom voters will be eligible to win DAILY poetry prizes for voting, commenting, sharing, and more. With each vote cast, they’ll also earn one chance to win the grand prize of 25 amazing kids’ poetry books for their classroom! (Second prize = 10 books. Third prize = 5 books.) That’s above and beyond participating in a fun, interactive classroom activity that combines reading, vocabulary, math, and technology into something that students will truly enjoy.

I’ve shared with local educators and forwarded info to the Ark Librarians Asso to get to schools statewide.

Hahah I think your punchline was “Copyright © 2015 Every Kid On Earth”. It made me laugh real hard. Good job, Ed!
